Why show a month of vegan meals? Who cares?

Several reasons:
* personal - to keep track of how I'm eating (and maybe make changes)
* reaching out - to answer the question "but what do you eat?"
* help - to help another vegan get ideas or show people what other vegans eat
* for fun
